If you buy more than one product at the same time in the same order and make the payment in one go, your order will reach you in a single package and your cargo will be charged accordingly. If you shop at different times, even on the same day, with different order numbers, your order is delivered to you in separate packages and the shipping cost is determined according to the number of orders.

The products you buy are shipped within 1 to 3 working days following the day you place your order. If it cannot be delivered to you at that time, you are informed with a note left by the cargo officer informing you that you can pick up your order from the nearest branch. If you do not have the opportunity to go to the branch and receive the product within three days, your package will be returned to us by the cargo company.
In order to avoid any problems, we recommend that you open and check your package with the cargo officer as soon as you receive it. If your product is damaged during shipping, you can return it to the cargo officer who delivered the package to you.
Your domestic orders are maximum 7 working days. Your international orders are maximum 30 days.
